We’re excited about the opportunity to work with Spark Development Network and Rock RMS as they integrate our suite of TrueWiring© for Churches assessment tools. Here’s the exciting news: If you have implemented Rock RMS version 9, you have all of these instruments built into your system for your church! All five instruments are already included. And we’re here to help you understand how to interpret the results, how to use them to your advantage, and much, much more.
There are no cookie cutters in use here! We are tenacious in our approach to create assessments that fit the well-differentiated, yet unique attributes you bring to your role. We look at a variety of factors before recommending a battery of instruments to measure the indicators required. We create psychometrically valid and reliable assessment instruments to paint a robust image of your unique wiring.
This suite of instruments is interrelated and when properly reviewed provides incredible insight into your unique TrueWiring©.
DISCW — This instrument addresses your behavioral needs as identified in four scales: Dominant, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious. These four factors dramatically influence the way you will act in the context of a team to accomplish a task. [Learn More]
Spiritual Gifts (SGW) — This instrument is designed to help you identify your spiritual gifts as those most naturally used in the life of the local church. We do not attempt to include all spiritual gifts, just those we often see in action at churches and most people. [Learn More]
Emotional Intelligence (EQW) — This instrument is an assessment of your developed skills in two domains: understanding your own emotions and those of others. This instrument identifies your ability to appropriately express your emotions while encouraging others to do the same. [Learn More]
Conflict Profile (CPW) — This instrument helps you gain insight into your learned skills in dealing with conflict by identifying your preferred and supporting methods for addressing conflict. Many successful leaders approach conflict in a variety of ways based on the situation and so must we. [Learn More]
Motivators (MW) — This instrument identifies things you value. These motivators influence your personal, professional, social and every other part of your life because they influence what you view as important which impacts the way you lead and view your current situation. [Learn More]
We are developing a set of free online modules to help you understand the results. With 5 instruments, xx Themes, and 65 individual scales, it can sound a bit overwhelming. Well, it is actually! These modules will get you started.
The Art of Assessing People
For those who want to go a bit deeper into understanding how assessments are conducted with these instruments (and others), we have written a book just for you: The Art of Assessing People. This is being edited at the moment, but will be available for purchase soon.
We’re also working on a Master Class to give you an in-depth understanding of TrueWiring and assessments in general. This is a 1- or 2-day course that requires some prerequisites before you begin. More to come on this topic.
